Return & Refund Policy

All stock items and made-to-order products are final sales, therefore, no refund or return will be issued.

Refund exception (if applicable):
Company policy grants a refund ONLY cancel your order within 24 hours from the day of your purchase.
If eligible for a refund, a receipt or proof of purchase will be required in order for the process to take place. Sale items will not be qualified for refunds.

Sale items:
Items on sale are final and do not qualify for refunds.

Shipping:
All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you qualify for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Product Return (if applicable):
We only replace items if:
- accidentally the wrong item was shipped to you,
- or the product is defective or damaged.
The product warranty does not cover replacement of normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. Also, it does not cover any labor or installation work. It only applies to the product.
